At Enhesa, we’ve always understood the value of building a community around compliance, safety, and sustainability. One key way we achieve this is through our year-round program of events from Chemical Watch Events & Training. We run more than 25 conferences annually, bringing thousands of like-minded product compliance and chemical safety professionals together to share ideas, connect, and stay on top of industry trends. 

We’ve found that bringing people together in this way amplifies the value of our services and empowers our customers to apply the intelligence we provide to real-world problems. In this article, I’d like to share what we’ve learned and explore the benefits businesses can gain from building a community around what they do. 

Getting to know our customers

If the last few years have taught us anything, it’s that there’s no substitute for face-to-face contact. Our events allow us to connect in person with our customers and other leading voices in the sector, creating a fantastic opportunity to listen and understand what drives them and what their challenges really are. 

In an era where marketers spend millions trying to gauge customer sentiment, we’ve found that sometimes the most valuable insights come from conversations with customers after a seminar or over cocktails at one of our networking sessions.
